Ibadan, Abuja, Abeokuta, Port Hacourt – 4-6 Business Days
All Other Cities – 4-9 Business Days

The timelines quoted are business days – Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen:

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.

Pick Up Station: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station. Please note: 9mobile subscribers may be unable to receive text messages. Ensure you pickup your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from zekwears.com, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box fee and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

For your convenience, items purchased online may also be returned to our outlet store location.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached and in their original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure credit. Please also include all paperwork, parts and accessories, if applicable.

If you request a return after the 7-day period, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to fragrance or undergarments. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

CREDIT

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. You will only be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip. Thereafter, we examine products conditions. If satisfactory, we can accept exchange for items of whose price match the returned items

You may re-order a new item at any time.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within 5 days of delivery at 0907 775 5550 or 0809 037 7779.

Please be prepared to supply the Representative with the order number and item number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all return shipping charges.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at same numbers provided above. Please have your order number available when you call.

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

If you receive the wrong item, or if the item you receive is different from what you originally ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

RETURNS RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of your order.
  • The items must be returned in good condition, with all tags attached, in their original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  • When shipping a return, you must include the top portion of the packing slip (original or a copy). Be sure to also save a copy for your records. Attach the return address portion of the packing slip to the outside of your return package.
  • Shipping and handling cost, gift box fee and other charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  • In case of shipping damages, please contact the shipping carrier or our Customer Service Department at designated phone numbers indicated on our contact page.

  • Items purchased physically at ourl store, department store, specialty store or an outlet location cannot be returned.
